Responsibilities:
Provide support for Mac users globally Manage onboarding/off-boarding: account provisioning, device setup, and access management Administer identity (SSO, MFA), MDM/endpoint security, and Google Workspace/SaaS stacks Perform security hardening for laptops and SaaS systems Troubleshoot network, hardware, software issues; escalate as needed Automate routine IT tasks via scripting (Python or Bash) Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, configurations Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
