Assist with client communication via email, chat, and phone Manage calendars, property showings, appointments, and follow ups Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and disclosure forms Maintain CRM records, update client information, and track leads Support listing preparation including photo coordination, MLS updates, and marketing materials Research properties, neighborhoods, and comparable sales Assist with lead nurturing and outreach activities Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other partners Create reports, summaries, and updates for sales teams or brokers
