Responsibilities:
Create and prepare Mercer agreements and related materials for clients of acquired firms. Distribute agreements to clients (electronically or hard copy). Monitor and track the return of executed agreements. Follow up with non-responsive clients. Prepare and distribute reports on agreement progress. Archive executed agreements and update CRM system.
