Requirements:
3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles. Expertise in healthcare (Medicaid and/or Medicare). Demonstrated ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, financial modelling, business case development, and strategic growth planning. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence working with senior executives and contributing to proposals. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities autonomously and cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive ATI's growth agenda. Build and maintain market intelligence tools. Analyze Medicaid and Medicare ecosystems. Lead market scans and opportunity assessments. Map stakeholders, regulatory drivers, and growth levers. Monitor market developments and regulatory changes. Support go-to-market strategy and new business development. Develop recommendations for new business initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to executive teams. Manage project scopes, timelines, and client relationships. Synthesize data into strategic insights and client-ready presentations. Translate complex information into actionable strategic insights.
