Strategy Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an analytics role, or exceptional performance in relevant coursework. Experience in agriculture, produce, and/or supply chain is a plus. Able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness and ability to learn new skills. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills. Familiar with Tableau and using it to monitor data trends. Comfortable creating and editing dashboards. Experience using Excel formulas and pivot tables. Comfortable with large, complex, and messy datasets. Able to analyze multiple datasets consistently and accurately. Responsible management of working hours remotely. Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and/or SQL is a plus.

Conduct internal account reviews to identify opportunities and risks. Complete ad-hoc requests from Account Management and Supply Chain teams. Create and edit Tableau Dashboards for internal data needs. Work with data from various sources including purchase orders, sales, pricing, and USDA reports. Prepare large datasets for analysis by aggregating datasets. Ensure data quality and integrity through data testing. Prepare and give presentations on project findings and data trends. Assist with implementation and maintenance of internal SaaS and data tools. Research new topics related to business interests.
