Manage daily financial activity, including processing vendor invoices, recording transactions, maintaining clean ledgers, and handling AP/AR tasks. Complete monthly reconciliations and reporting, prepare building-level financial statements, and assist with year-end packages. Handle owner and vendor inquiries, explain charges, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with accounting partners and internal teams, coordinating with CPAs, tax professionals, and property managers. Track building-level charges such as special assessments, fines, and recurring fees. Support budgeting and financial planning, flagging cash flow concerns, identifying risks, and recommending solutions. Continuously improve financial processes, communicate proactively, and refine systems.
