Bookkeeper

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support roles servicing various types of Commercial, Music Video, and Digital productions. Degree in accounting/finance Proficiency in Netsuite, Excel, and general accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and dependable work ethic. Understanding of production accounting or job costing is a plus.

Maintain accurate financial records by posting and reconciling daily transactions in Netsuite. Prepare and manage expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and vendor payments. Record and categorize financial transactions by project and department for accurate reporting. Support monthly and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations. Assist in payroll processing and timesheet verification in collaboration with the finance team. Monitor bank transactions, perform reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation of financial data. Collaborate with finance to maintain accurate cost tracking for productions. Support financial audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation. Provide administrative support for finance-related communications and vendor management.
