Agentic AI Lead (Business Transformation)

8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations. Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows. Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Augment, N8N, Zapier, Replit). Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams. Systems thinker with a bias for execution. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.). Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom GPTs (preferred). Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and enablement/upskilling initiatives in AI-driven environments (preferred).

Design Tilt’s future operating systems by diagnosing pain points and co-designing AI-first processes. Shape the "agentic" operating model by defining integration of autonomous tools, human judgment, and systemized knowledge. Drive measurable outcomes by unlocking speed, reducing manual effort, and increasing team capacity. Lead proof-of-concepts by prototyping and validating redesigned processes. Translate innovation into scale by converting learnings into scalable frameworks and playbooks. Enable technical transformation by collaborating with data and engineering partners. Advise leadership on aligning AI capabilities with business priorities. Champion cultural change by promoting new ways of working and responsible AI adoption.
