Develop, implement, and improve operational systems across all departments. Standardize workflows, SOPs, and process documentation. Audit workflows weekly for clarity, scalability, and efficiency. Centralize company knowledge across shared tools. Build and maintain dashboards tracking departmental performance. Define reporting standards and ensure timely submissions. Identify metric gaps, inconsistencies, and process breakdowns. Automate KPI collection, monitoring, and escalation. Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to automate tasks. Design automation workflows using ClickUp, Zapier, Google Sheets, and internal tools. Eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual inefficiencies. Collaborate daily with department heads to identify blockers and opportunities. Partner closely with Community Operations to enhance systems. Support Marketing in workflow structure and performance reporting. Work with Product and Engineering on coordination and SOP creation. Conduct weekly system and workflow audits. Evaluate accuracy, compliance, and scalability of key processes. Identify and fix broken workflows or documentation gaps. Create, maintain, and manage all SOPs, playbooks, and operational manuals. Guarantee teams have accurate, version-controlled access to documentation.
