Requirements:
3+ years in UX or Product Design. Experience working on digital products (web or mobile). Portfolio is required. Strong skills in user research, business analysis, wireframing, prototyping, UX flows, and UI design. Knowledge of visual design principles. Confident using Figma. Very comfortable in facilitating communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Turn early-stage ideas into clickable concepts. Lead or co-lead workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation sprints. Conduct user research and test ideas. Own work end-to-end, from problem framing to developer collaboration. Contribute to expanding The Norm’s knowledge base. Support pre-sales efforts with UX-focused proposals.
