Requirements:
4-5 years of recruiting experience Experience in technology or product development recruiting Hands-on experience collaborating with Hiring Managers Experience with an ATS system Experience with recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools Good knowledge of IT/Product or SEO/Marketing roles A data-driven approach to hiring Love for designing and optimizing processes Very good command of English Native-level proficiency in Polish
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes Design and execute recruitment strategies Apply innovative recruitment approaches Build effective sourcing and hiring strategies Partner closely with Hiring Managers from Poland, EMEA, the United States, and Puerto Rico Collaborate with teams across the organization Contribute to internal HR initiatives Develop a solid understanding of BOLD’s business model and products
