Requirements:
At least two years of previous experience in an HR Operations or Payroll/Benefits role supporting employees in more than one country Strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, and common benefits Experience managing relationships with external service providers/payroll providers is a plus Organizational and time management skills Deep curiosity for digital assets and financial services Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational delivery Fluency in English Experience with Notion or HiBob is a plus Ability to operationalize automation/AI tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with payroll providers in Europe and North America Administer benefits, including enrollments and employee inquiries Facilitate employment contract issuance and updates Collaborate on creating and implementing payroll operations and policies for new entities Onboard and offboard employees from payroll systems Ensure data integrity between HR Operations and Finance Assist with optimizing payroll and benefits processes through automation Research and communicate relevant labor laws for compensation and taxes Perform salary, bonus, and benefits optimization projects
