4+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting for top international software engineering roles. Must include 2+ years' experience recruiting talent in Europe. Ability to quickly understand technical skill requirements and determine candidate fit. Technical industry knowledge and general understanding of relevant technical skills. Experience developing strategies to source and engage passive technical candidates. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced query techniques. Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. English skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English). Located in South East Europe.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements (skills, geography, experience). Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates. Serve as a talent ambassador for Janea Systems, creating positive candidate interactions. Evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and fit for positions. Build and maintain a repository of passive candidates through outreach and relationship management.
