Technical Lead (Manager), Historical APIs

5+ years of experience engineering systems in large-scale, production environments 2+ years of engineering leadership experience Strong hands-on skills in Rust (or equivalent) Proven ability to optimize query performance and diagnose bottlenecks across storage and compute layers Experience using profilers and performance analysis tools to identify and resolve latency or throughput issues Track record of delivering complex systems end-to-end, from design through deployment and operations Strong people leadership skills paired with deep curiosity and a bias for ownership Ability to drive clarity and execution in ambiguous, high-pressure scenarios
