2+ years of clinical hospital experience (ICU or ER highly preferred) Active compact unencumbered RN license Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) Ability to give and receive actionable feedback Fluent writing/speaking in Spanish (a plus) Passionate about patient care and triage Ability to use critical thinking in challenging situations Enthusiasm and savviness for new technology Mastery of oral and written language with strong typing skills Ability to assess and communicate with patients via text-based platform Flexible and fast learner Detail-oriented and organized self-starter

Provide virtual care via messaging, video, phone, and email Document within EMR Follow clinically validated triage protocols Ensure high-quality customer service Complete basic nursing responsibilities Troubleshoot technology with patients Coordinate lab orders, prescriptions, and radiology tests Work on projects to optimize operational efficiency and patient telemedicine experience Assist in identifying technology needs
