Senior Software Engineer - Development Infrastructure

7+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer building backend systems and/or platforms 2+ years of experience working with Python Experience working on or with teams like “Engineering Effectiveness”, “Engineering Productivity”, “Development Experience”, “Development Infrastructure” or similar Customer obsessed: Working with internal engineers to determine roadmap and meeting with customers to understand needs Experience working on complex and delivering projects end-to-end

Own design and delivery of complex feature areas for Development Infrastructure Setup local development for engineers Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and other build tools Provide engineering with tools and workflows for reliable development Participate in planning, code reviews, standups, and SDLC
