Requirements:
5-7+ years of progressive experience in IT staffing sales or SaaS/tech solution sales. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Strategic rainmaker who understands how to position value, differentiate offerings, and close complex deals. Portfolio of relationships or active network within the technology sector. Skilled in consultative selling and capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders, hiring managers, and procurement. Deep understanding of IT hiring challenges and market dynamics. Tech-savvy and analytical, leveraging tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRMs. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Own new business growth and execute strategy to identify, pursue, and secure new clients in the tech and IT space. Drive new monthly revenue and build a sustainable pipeline and client portfolio. Leverage existing network and client relationships to open opportunities. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. Partner with clients as a consultative advisor on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market insights. Collaborate with recruitment delivery team and marketing. Represent STACK IT in the market by attending networking events and client engagements. Track and report performance using CRM (HubSpot).
