3+ years experience in program & project management, client relationship management, or a related role. Ability to build rapport and strong working relationships. Proven ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Excellent project management skill and emotional intelligence. Ability to obtain Salesforce Admin Certification within 90 days of employment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Superior analytical and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to manage Agile methodologies. Successful track record as a project manager for enterprise CRM implementation. Prior experience with Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Success preferred.
