Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in executive recruiting. Significant tenure leading VP-level and above searches. Proven experience designing and/or overhauling an executive search process. Exceptional communication skills with ability to partner, influence, and build credibility with C-level executives and the Board. Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders. Deep commitment to aligning rigorous selection practices with organizational values.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and own the Global Executive Search Operating Model. Define standards for intake, scoping, talent mapping, prospecting, candidate presentation, and interview stages. Personally lead a small volume of mission-critical executive searches. Act as a strategic advisor to CEO, C-suite, and business leaders. Directly manage an Executive Sourcer. Develop and execute a multi-year talent sourcing strategy. Lead an Executive Recruiting Community of Practice.
