Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (remote options available)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred. 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role. Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Proficiency with financial reporting systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar). Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a high-growth, technology, or PE-backed company preferred. Experience working with SaaS and/or hardware business models a plus.

Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Develop financial models for revenue, expenses, and scenarios. Analyze business drivers and forecast variances. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports. Track and report SaaS and hardware metrics. Partner with Accounting for reporting consistency. Provide financial insights for pricing, resource, and investment decisions. Conduct ad hoc analyses for ROI evaluations. Assist in preparing executive and board presentations. Serve as a finance business partner to department leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and model financial impact. Enhance FP&A tools and templates for efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to financial system integrations and automation projects. Support data governance and reporting standards refinement.
