Operations Intelligence Manager

4–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, process engineering, forecasting, or lean engineering Deep understanding of vendor SLA management, throughput, fulfillment timing, and capacity planning Demonstrated ability to independently design and build complex cost and operational models using SQL, Excel, Python, or BI platforms Comfortable pulling and joining data across disparate systems Skilled at using APIs, scripts, or ETL tools to automate recurring analyses or reporting Operates with high autonomy

Map the entire production and service ecosystem Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for product and process builds Establish KPIs and data dashboards Build and own a demand forecasting model Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
