Requirements:
8+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software. Strong background in either supply chain software or AI/ML platforms. Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Strong presentation and demo skills with experience speaking to technical and executive-level audiences. Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Translate complex concepts into compelling stories and data-driven insights. Drive the technical side of the sales process by leading discovery, scoping PoCs, crafting SOWs, and delivering tailored demos. Lead value-focused conversations, drive ROI discussions, develop business impact models, and champion value-based selling. Act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with customer executives and internal stakeholders to shape solution strategy. Design, build, and deliver fast, scalable solutions using Python, SQL, data connectors, and APIs. Mentor junior presales talent, build repeatable demo frameworks, and implement scalable processes.
