- 6+ years of experience in internal communications, employee branding, or a related field within a multi-national organization.
- Strong skills in communication management, turning strategy into action.
- Experience managing digital IC platforms (Staffbase experience is a plus!).
- Confidence in partnering with senior leaders, aligning messaging across departments.
- A sharp eye for content creation, with hands-on experience in tools like Canva and Figma.
- A strategic yet hands-on approach β big-picture thinking with flawless execution.
- Fluent English (native-level writing skills required); bonus points for Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
- Based in The Netherlands.
- Own and implement our Internal Communications strategy, ensuring that messaging is clear, engaging, and on-brand.
- Manage Staffbase, our internal communications platform, keeping content relevant and accessible.
- Partner with leaders to embed inspiring storytelling and culture-driven messaging across the business.
- Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, town halls, and key company events.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, from milestone celebrations to recognition programs.
- Create standout content using tools like Canva and Figma, making sure our messaging remains visually compelling.
- Track and measure communication effectiveness, refining strategies based on data and insights.
- Work closely with the TSH Academy to strengthen leadership communication skills.
