Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of video editing experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Experience using AI tools such as Runway ML, Veo3, et al is a plus Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta content formats Ability to edit for storytelling and performance marketing (CTR, engagement, ROAS) Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and sound editing Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-performing content
