Requirements:
10+ years pharmaceutical agency experience 5+ years in direct client/brand account management 5+ years of supervisory experience in managing a team Ability to travel up to 10% Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject 3+ years of managed markets experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Act as the business lead for the agency team Responsible for all facets of assigned client business Ensures proper alignment of resources to deliver against client vision Leads the team to deliver great work and client satisfaction Defends, grows, and manages key accounts Coauthors and presents marketing communication plans Ensures plans are strategically sound and imaginative Provides input on creative concept reviews and client reactions Attends and helps sell creative work on major campaigns Ensures consistency of voice across communication channels Provides input on copy/layout on major campaigns Coaches account team to meet client expectations and strategy Drives day-to-day development of account and department teams Allocates resources effectively Provides specific behavioral feedback and models behaviors Creates thought-provoking scopes of work Develops work practices to enhance company performance Manages the financial health of account(s) Monitors contract compliance Oversees reporting and hourly reconciliations Builds strong senior client relationships Helps clients articulate needs and proposes solutions Builds rapport and trust with others Is viewed as a strong leader by colleagues Integrates seamlessly with agency peers for collaboration Resolves conflict easily and quickly
