Act as the business lead for the agency team and be responsible for all facets of assigned client business. Carry out the client’s vision and ensure proper alignment of resources to deliver against it. Lead the team to deliver great work and client satisfaction. Manage key accounts, coauthor and present marketing communication plans. Contribute to creative concept reviews and sell creative work. Ensure consistency of voice across communication channels. Coach account team throughout all stages of development. Drive day-to-day development of account team and other department teams. Allocate resources effectively, balancing client needs with profitability. Provide specific behavioral feedback and model those behaviors. Create scopes of work and develop methodologies to enhance company performance. Manage the financial health of account(s), including growth, profitability, and delivery of forecasts. Understand contractual relationships and monitor contract compliance. Oversee reporting and hourly reconciliations. Build strong senior client relationships. Help clients articulate their needs and work with the agency to propose solutions. Resolve conflict easily and quickly.
