Senior Product Engineer - API Platform

3+ years of professional software development experience. Strong understanding of software design patterns and programming principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Proven experience in independently delivering solutions that drive measurable business impact. Proficiency in Python. Strong knowledge in API Platform development best practices. Experience with component-based web frameworks (e.g., Vue, React). Ability to collaborate with designers for pixel-perfect implementation. Experience with Django and Django Rest Framework (preferred). Expertise in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL and data model design (preferred).

Partner with business teams to understand challenges and objectives. Develop deep knowledge of the business and product landscape. Own solving large, ambiguous problems end-to-end. Build and maintain the critical infrastructure for the Benefits and Care API Platform. Ensure world-class API design and documentation. Contribute to frontend work for features. Champion engineering best practices and mentor others.
