Demonstrated experience designing for the healthcare sector. Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG). Extensive experience with various user research methodologies. Experience providing critical design feedback and solving complex design problems. Friendly communication skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Demonstrated experience leading a software product's user experience vision.

Lead and conduct user research with healthcare stakeholders. Define user experience strategies, information architecture, and user flows. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
