Senior UX Designer

5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a college degree or equivalent practical experience in interactive design, HCI, or a related discipline. Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and data-rich dashboards. Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop. Ability to build prototypes to test with users and stakeholders. Experience working iteratively in an agile engineering environment. Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Shape the Bluefish platform with intuitive and impactful features aligned with user and business needs. Lead the design process from opportunity identification to execution, defining user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints. Gather user and UX insights through qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform design decisions. Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability. Take ownership of key design initiatives from conceptualization to shipping.
