NetSuite Administrator

5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, development, or techno-functional consulting Strong understanding of financial modules (GL, AP/AR, ARM, FAM, SuiteBilling, Reporting) Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Celigo integrations Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST) Experience with Shopify, 3PL systems, or other eCommerce integrations is highly desirable Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification (preferred) Experience with advanced NetSuite modules (WMS, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) is a bonus Familiarity with StrongPoint, RF-Smart, or other automation and compliance tools is a bonus

Serve as primary NetSuite administrator Maintain data integrity and system reliability Build and optimize dashboards and reports Streamline and automate accounting workflows Support month-end close activities Ensure accurate data flow between NetSuite and key platforms Administer and optimize Celigo integrations Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues Develop and maintain SuiteScript Create custom records, forms, and SuiteFlow automations Design Advanced PDF templates, Suitelets, and UI customizations Partner with teams to identify process gaps and develop solutions Deliver training and documentation Coordinate with external consultants for complex projects
