At least five years' experience in a project or programme management role delivering software projects. Proven ability to generate exceptional client experiences and outcomes on the largest, most complex projects and initiatives. Requires little assistance or guidance and consistently embodies leadership capabilities. Owns internal and external escalations and priorities with the team. Advanced analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational and presentation skills. Commitment to excellent customer service and dedication to creating great outcomes. Ability to work on several tasks or projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and following through to successful outcomes while managing deadlines. Flexible, decisive, quick-thinking and able to handle difficult situations in a patient, calm, and effective way. Proficient in project management software and Workflow tools e.g. Wrike, Smartsheet. Related tertiary, or Project Management qualification. Strong knowledge of cinema operations and/or experience with Vista software would be highly beneficial.
