Business development experience in recruitment services, preferably iGaming or tech Proven track record of strong conversions Ability to rapidly learn new processes, tools, and technologies Comfortable with large-scale outreach activities Confident working with AI tools and new technologies Strong attention to detail for CRM data management Able to work independently in a remote environment Strong written English communication abilities Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus) Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
