4–6 years of experience in Game Design, with a strong focus on systems design Experience shipping or working on midcore or RPG titles, preferably free-to-play Expertise in progression, combat systems, or economy balancing Understanding of F2P design principles, player retention loops, and live game systems Strong analytical mindset, with experience using game KPIs to guide design decisions Ability to own system-level features end-to-end Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
