5+ years of experience coordinating events in a life sciences, biotech, or healthcare setting Direct congress or tradeshow experience Highly organized and adaptable Strong communication and vendor management skills Resourceful and proactive Comfortable working across functions and time zones Knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act) a plus

Own and evolve Praxis’ congress strategy Project manage end-to-end execution of presence at major medical and scientific congresses and meetings Coordinate internal planning timelines, budget tracking, and vendor management Ensure seamless onsite execution Support speaker engagement logistics Track performance and feedback Maintain up-to-date congress calendar and provide reporting
