Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in HR/OD preferred. 10+ years in digital learning/learning innovation. 2+ years applying AI in L&D. Strong data fluency; experience with learning analytics, dashboards, and KPIs. Track record of leading cross-functional pilots from concept to scaled implementation. Experience managing vendor partnerships in the learning tech ecosystem. Comfort operating independently and making high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments. Executive presence with the ability to communicate project plans, roadmaps, and development outcomes to senior leadership. Advanced degree in Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or related field (desired). Experience influencing adoption of new technologies in large, complex organizations (desired). Recognized externally as a thought leader in learning innovation (desired).
Responsibilities:
Design, lead, and evolve high-visibility leadership development programs. Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and senior leaders. Champion leadership mobility and growth. Apply expert-level knowledge of learning science and leadership theory. Own program success end-to-end: needs assessment, design, delivery, facilitation, measurement, and iteration. Influence the broader learning agenda. Manage relationships with external vendors. Facilitate training, team interventions, and learning opportunities.
