Leadership Coach

Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership coaching. Professional qualification from a recognised body (e.g., ICF, CIPD, IoL, ILM, CMI). Industry experience applying leadership principles. Strong focus and expertise in emotional intelligence and strategic thinking. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's degree) in Leadership, Organisational Development, or Psychology is desirable. Exceptional written, verbal, and on-camera communication and facilitation skills. Practical experience delivering formal training or coaching. Ability to skilfully adjust communication approaches. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.

Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme. Master group and individualized coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning. Adhere to the Coach Quality framework. Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment. Maintain an owners mentality and be proactive in taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support. Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action data. Engage with apprentice managers for progress reviews. Implement interventions in partnership with operations team members. Utilise resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse. Build & maintain credibility with learners. Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse.
