Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership coaching. Professional qualification from a recognised body (e.g., ICF, CIPD, IoL, ILM, CMI). Industry experience applying leadership principles. Strong focus and expertise in emotional intelligence and strategic thinking. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's degree) in Leadership, Organisational Development, or Psychology is desirable. Exceptional written, verbal, and on-camera communication and facilitation skills. Practical experience delivering formal training or coaching. Ability to skilfully adjust communication approaches. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
