Requirements:
12+ years of experience University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable. Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams. Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials. Experience with leadership assessment tools and models. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact. A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas.
