5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents). Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying at least five business-grade Power Apps solutions. Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process optimization, and data connectivity across Microsoft environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to translate user stories into reliable, scalable Power Platform solutions. Experience in process improvement, process mining, and documentation. Experience applying AI, Machine Learning, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within Power Platform projects.

Collaborate with business teams to deliver Power Platform projects. Apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges. Conduct process mining to scope and deliver Power Platform solutions. Design and develop Power Apps integrated with Power Automate and Power BI. Provide architecture, configuration, and functional support across Microsoft 365. Design end-to-end solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
