Requirements:
5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar. 1 year of proven, hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangSmith (or very similar frameworks). Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic). Deep understanding of agent orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, planning, and evaluation techniques. Experience deploying AI systems to production environments, including APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms. Familiarity with observability tools, logging/metrics, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and memory management. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement agentic AI architectures leveraging LangGraph and multi-agent frameworks. Integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, and services for multi-step reasoning. Build and maintain evaluation pipelines using LangSmith for observability and improvement. Optimize system performance, cost, latency, and utilize prompt-engineering, memory, and RAG. Deploy AI agents into production environments (APIs, containers, cloud) ensuring reliability and scalability. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams. Stay current with agentic AI methods and tooling.
