ServiceNow Architect

8+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow platform design and architecture in a large enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience in a Cloud/Hybrid IT environment. Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, monitoring systems, and Data Protection/Data Resilience platforms. Deep Architectural Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including multi-instance strategies, tenant separation, and CSDM principles. Expert-level proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration. Expertise in Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Security Operations (SecOps). Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and complex API manipulation (REST/SOAP). Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS in at least 3 from ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD, and ITIL v4 Foundation. Highly Desired Certifications: CTA or CMA program completion.

Establish and enforce technical standards, development methodologies, and best practices for ServiceNow. Ensure a highly scalable, non-customized, and easily upgradable ServiceNow platform. Serve as the expert for all complex platform integrations, ensuring seamless and secure data flow. Provide high-level technical guidance to internal development teams and external implementation partners. Ensure solution delivery aligns with the approved architectural blueprint.
