Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, billing, product usage, and returns. Use Gorgias and Zendesk to manage tickets, automate responses, and escalate cases. Collaborate with fulfillment, marketing, and product teams. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies. Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback for improvements.
