7+ years of experience in media sales or measurement strategy Proven track record in selling to large brand/agency clients Deep understanding of measurement solutions: MTA, attribution models, incrementality testing, marketing analytics Strategic thinker with strong regional network Excellent English and Arabic proficiency (writing and verbal) Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS/beta environment with ambiguity Experience managing or influencing across cross-functional teams
