Requirements:
Proficient in MDM solutions. Deep understanding and experience in utilizing Google Workspace. Experience with ticketing systems like Jira (ITSM). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Knowledge of IT security best practices. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong organizational skills. Responsibilities:
Manage and secure company devices using MDM solutions. Utilize Google Workspace applications extensively. Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems using a ticketing system (Jira ITSM). Improve IT processes and procedures. Create and maintain technical documentation. Coordinate with external vendors for IT system maintenance and support.
