Requirements:
Previous experience in employee engagement, client support, or a healthcare-related environment. High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally (HIPAA compliance). Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze data from Coach Up Care to monitor clinician engagement. Identify high-risk or flight-risk nurses and send reports. Conduct regular check-ins with nurses, capturing feedback and documenting engagement. Record all interactions and relevant information in QuickBase. Execute outreach tasks and targets assigned by the team lead.
