Requirements:
4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients. Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment. Strong presentation and demo skills; ability to tailor messaging to specific business needs. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Experience selling to Iberia markets is essential. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely while managing your own pipeline. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and structured sales methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging product demos for inbound and outbound prospects across Iberia. Represent Wati at virtual and in-person industry events, webinars, and partner activities. Build and nurture strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, managing pipeline independently. Negotiate contracts and structure deals. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Share regional insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends with marketing and product teams. Help shape Wati’s go-to-market strategy and strengthen our positioning across Iberia markets.
