4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients. Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment. Strong presentation and demo skills; ability to tailor messaging to specific business needs. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Experience selling to Iberia markets is essential. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely while managing your own pipeline. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and structured sales methodologies.
