Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the Quality, Operations, or Product Management domain Recognized certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, or equivalent) Strong agility and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently Self-driven approach and capability to work independently Fluent English
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the integration of two Quality Management Systems (QMS) Coordinate and oversee a gap analysis covering approximately 50 processes Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Develop and maintain structured project documentation, plans, and reports Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution
