Lead Consultant / Project Manager - Quality Cloud

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management Proven track record of leading system implementation projects Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment Experience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams Experience designing and executing on effective project governance models for large enterprises Strong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles Ability to travel 25-50%

Lead key enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite Manage multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program Act as the primary customer liaison Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations Analyze customer requirements and new product features Mentor project teams and junior consultants Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices
