IT Senior Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of project management experience Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus Agile/Scrum certification is strongly preferred Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience managing project budgets of $1M+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders Build and lead cross-functional project teams Mentor junior project managers and team members Identify and manage project risks and issues Establish and track key performance indicators Manage project budgets and resource allocation Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices
