Sr RFP Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3+ years of experience in content management, proposal development (RFP/RFI), or project management within the healthcare technology industry. Demonstrated experience requiring strong curiosity, creativity, and proactive problem-solving. Experience working with or interest in leveraging AI tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong content management and organizational skills. Excellent collaborative abilities. Analytical mindset. Proficiency in standard office and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe). Understanding of healthcare workflows and solutions is critical.

Proactively identify, gather, and refine compelling content from various sources. Leverage AI tool to manage the end-to-end proposal (RFP/RFI) process. Partner closely with Sales, Services, Product Owners, and other internal teams. Continuously seek ways to enhance content management and proposal workflow. Analyze proposal outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content and proposal documents.
