Python Engineer - EU Remote

Proven track record delivering scalable, distributed systems under tight timelines. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, focusing on backend and API development. Familiarity with GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployment processes. Experience with cloud environments – primarily AWS, but also GCP and Azure. Strong proficiency in GitHub-based development workflows, including multiple branch strategies and collaboration. Proven skills in automating deployments using GitHub Actions, Docker containers, and Helm charts. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Comfort working in fast-paced, agile-driven environments. Familiarity with AI/ML service deployments, vector databases, and related modern data technologies.

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable distributed backend systems and APIs in Python. Participating in the full software development lifecycle. Implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing containerized applications using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes. Deploying and maintaining services across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. Automating infrastructure and deployment workflows using Terraform and GitHub Actions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a GitHub-based workflow. Integrating AI/ML services, vector databases, and data-driven components. Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of deployed solutions. Contributing to system documentation, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with product and DevOps teams.
